The charm of the cottage and its great location were definite highlights. Reception staff were friendly and breakfast met our expectations, though it felt somewhat basic. We encountered some issues with the electric blanket and shower, and dining options were limited during our stay. it was a decent experience.

The location was great, with Wisteria Cafe nearby, where we could eat. We got free upgrade and appreciated it. Placed within 55 minutes' car ride to Bicheno.

Do recommend it and would return here. Thanks a lot for a really great stay in an equally gorgeous town. The staff is being friendly and obliging. The location is great as it's right by the centre of Ross right across, almost all attractions and the pub and both bakeries.

The location was perfect for exploring the main street and nearby attractions. We appreciated the quaint surroundings and ample parking. , the complementary port in the sitting room was a nice touch.
Check-in was unconventional and impersonal, and the heating in the room was inadequate. The bathroom amenities were minimal and the serve-yourself breakfast was basic.
